2021 Christmas Ornament: Miracle Park

Regular price $22.00

This collectible ornament commemorates Miracle Park. Communities across the country are creating parks where people of all abilities can experience the joy of playing together! Gallatin is no exception. The Gallatin Miracle Park, nestled inside Triple Creek Park, is currently Tennessee’s largest all-inclusive park. Appropriately named the Miracle Park, this park consists of almost 6 acres of A.D.A. compliant recreation for those with mobility impairments, special needs, and for the community as a whole. The Miracle Park has a ball field, a pedal park, and a large playground. Special features for this park include a wheelchair swing, plenty of ramps, poured-in-place ball field surfacing with flat bases, and hand railings for support, to name a few. The Gallatin Miracle Park officially opened on May 26, 2021, and is open Sunrise to Sunset every day. Gallatin Parks & Recreation maintains this park, the Tommy Garrott Aquatics Facility, Gallatin Civic Center, Long Hollow Golf Course, Gallatin City Cemetery, Gallatin’s Greenway, and five city parks. Special thank you to the generous support of local businesses, residents, and the City of Gallatin for making this park a reality.
