The City Hall Building was located at 126 Main Street in Gallatin, Tennessee. Built on the Guy Fitzgerald Property, the building was built by E.R Duncan and opened in October, 1927. During its history, the City hall Building housed the City of Gallatin Business Offices, the Fires Department, the Police Department, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Jail. It remained in use until 1975. In the background, you will see the City of Gallatin Water Tower. The Water Tower was located behind City Hall for many years are was disassembled piece by piece in mid-1980.
